CHRISTMAS WITH KYLIE.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

*It's now got to that part of the year where Christmas is fast approaching and the counting down of how many weeks are left has begun!
A couple of months ago I teamed up with M&Co to do two Blog Posts that were based on a collaboration with their Kylie section, which is their teenage range of clothes and accessories and I've been asked again to bring you another post - this time focused around Christmas/Winter from the Kylie range which makes me very excited.
So onto the post! M&Co have asked me to pick out a Christmas outfit to be party ready and I thought this dress was perfect for that, I love skater dresses or skirts anyway but this dress sits so nicely and made me feel very Marilyn Monroe-esque!
The material is really comfortable to wear and the fact that the material also has a shimmer running through it means that it looks beautiful when you move and the light reflects from it. What more do you need to look appropriate for Christmas?

Who else is also super excited for Christmas?

Holly-Rhian.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND BEAUTY.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

If there's one thing people could associate me with then that is Alice In Wonderland! I've loved the film and book for as long as I can remember and then went on to also fall in love with the recreations and I generally get excited over anything Alice In Wonderland related.
My friends from work are always buying me Alice In Wonderland items as birthday/Christmas presents and some of my long term friends from years ago even went as far as to nick name me HollyAlice!
So, with that said you can only imagine my excitement when I saw these beauty products - I had a meltdown from excitement in Boots I'm not going to lie!

Pamper Me Bath Duo £8.00
How beautiful are the bottles in this set? - I love that they're like the 'Drink Me' bottles from the films! Not to mention that the packaging on this whole range is so perfect and you can tell so much thought has gone into the detail for these.
In this set you get a Bubble Bath and a Body Lotion, so the perfect duo to have some pamper time.

Queen Of Hearts Bath Fizzer Set £5.00
One thing I love is a bath fizzer - I'm not one to have a bath full of bubbles that often, I much prefer a bath bomb or fizzer so I was really happy when I saw these.
Also, they're pink and heart shaped so what's not to love if you're a girly girl like me?

Body Mist & Cosmetic Bag Set £10.00
This little set is probably one of my favourites out of what I picked up, I really love the bag and the style of writing with the quote on it and the two little body mists inside are not only adorable but they're the perfect size to put in your make up bag alongside your make up or to just drop into your handbag and keep with you at all times.
I'm really excited to put my everyday make up into this bag and take with me!

Manicure Set £5.00
I seem to have a weakness for hand creams as they're something that I use on a daily basis so I know I can never have to many of them!
This hand cream gets my approval as it doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy so its a yes from me and it also comes with a beautiful little nail file so you can keep your hands perfectly pampered!

Make Up Palette £7.00
The last item that I picked up was this lovely little eyeshadow/highlight palette. I've seen other Alice In Wonderland Make Up Palettes but I never really seem to like the whole choice of colours so when I saw that these were golds and bronzes I knew that me waiting was finally worth while. I love these colours and the larger highlight is such a stunning colour!
This palette seems like it was made for me and I know I'll get so much use out of it so I'm a very happy Alice! .. I mean Holly! ;)

There are other items in this range such as different little sets and also some lip glosses but I just picked up my favourites and what I thought I would get the most use out of.

Are you an Alice In Wonderland fan? Do you have a favourite Disney Film/Character?

ARIANA GRANDE - SWEET LIKE CANDY PERFUME.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

I'll be honest, I tried this perfume just by chance - I'm a big fan of Ariana Grande's cute style and hair so when I heard about this perfume coming out I just thought I'd give it a go and try it out.. It didn't disappoint!

I really like that packaging, being a typical girly girl I love anything pick and when you add a fluffy pom pom into the mix then I'm won over immediately!
The scent of this is so beautiful, it is very sweet as expected but its very grown up feminine sort of scent - not sickly sweet like some that make them seem for a much younger customer.
This perfume is perfect for people like me that are still very girly but also want something adult/feminine. I'm such a child at heart so I would literally wear disney sprays without a second thought but I'm really happy that I purchased this as it has quickly become a favourite of mine!

Have you tried this perfume or do you have your own favourite?

Holly-Rhian.

KYLIE AT M&CO COLLABORATION PART 2 OF 2.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

*This post is the second half of my two part collaboration with M&Co featuring around University/College, so if you would like to read the first part (if you haven't already) then just click the link here
With this post I wanted to share with you tome of my top picks out of the Kylie Accessories range that I think would be helpful to have as some fun University/College essentials, so with that said lets get straight onto the first item.

Mini Scented Highlighters - Everyone finds highlighters useful, right?
I was always using highlighters to highlight important bits and pieces of information and I used them so much when it came to revising for tests!
These ones are mini, so they're super easy to drop into your bag and they're scented! Whats not to love? I also love that there's a good colour selection compared to your everyday highlighters.

Face Mask - Alright, so whilst I agree that the most important part of University is the actual education side to things, theres nothing wrong with adding a little pampering into the routine, especially to treat yourself when you've just sat a three hour long exam or have given up your afternoon in the sun so you can revise - therefore I thought a face mask would be useful to give yourself some down time and a well deserved break.

Ribbon Hair Ties - This item is still beauty related but a little more practical and is especially something that can be used every day!
Please don't think that I'm about to wander of topic here but if you have ever watched Lemony Snicket's - A Series Of Unfortunate Events, you'll know that one of the main Characters 'Violet' always ties her hair up when she needs to concentrate or focus on something and I am definitely like this. If I know I have a big day ahead at work or even at home when it comes to Blogging I make sure my hair us up and out of my face, so thats why I thought these were super handy to have.
(Just to back this up my hair is currently tied up whilst I am writing this post out).

Lip Balm - The final item that I chose is the Vanilla lip balm, again this isn't essential in you getting through university and passing your exams but it is something that most people use and it's also something thats very easy to drop into your bag or pocket. If I'm ever running late or I've forgotten my lipstick for the day then always keeping a lip balm in your bag or coat pocket means that you don't have to completely go without. Also a clear lip balm like this can double up in being a life saver for keeping down any untamed eyebrow hairs or keeping stray baby hairs at bay!
Again, with education and early mornings your appearance can be forced to take a back seat so for those mornings where you sacrifice your make up for more sleep then having a multipurpose product like this could help you in looking a little bit more awake and put together than you actually are!

If you could only choose one of these products to have for University/College which one would you go for any why?

Holly-Rhian.

KYLIE AT M&CO COLLABORATION PART 1 OF 2.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

*A couple of weeks ago something really exciting happened for me! I was contacted by the lovely Laura from M&Co and asked if I would like to have a go at styling an item of clothing - this is also exciting for me as I actually work for M&Co (not at head office but in one of the stores).
Also, while we are at it.. If you're reading I just want to say thank you to Sue for being so enthusiastic about the whole of this and a massive thank you to Dolly and Jo who are the best Manager and Area Manager that you could ever ask for!

Okay, back to the post!
Laura asked me to choose a pinafore dress from the Kylie section of the website to style, so I chose the black Racerback Pinafore Dress £14.00 The Kylie section is aimed for 9 - 13+ but please don't think that the clothes are age restricted to that. I'm now 22 and myself as well as my friends at work who are also late teens to early twenties are always buying bits and pieces from this section and we absolutely love it, (I'm usually a size 4-6 and I wear age 11-12).
The Kylie section definitely does have items of clothing that you would typically associate with the younger side of the age range but as I said there's also plenty that you can wear from being a teenager up until a young adult!

The first outfit I was asked to style is for a University interview. I'll admit I haven't been to University but non the less this is definitely an outfit that I would wear for something like that, even for a College / Job Interview as well as just being able to wear this to go out with friends or even day to day. I paired this with a White Long Sleeved Blouse £12.00 (also from the Kylie section) with the Pinafore Dress because I just think you can't go wrong with a smart, classic black and white look; some kitten heels, your favourite bag and a cute hat then I think you're good to go!
The second outfit using the Pinafore Dress that I was asked to Style is for dressing down and being a bit more casual for the weekend. I would happily wear the first outfit for a casual weekend shopping or coffee with friends but I know sometimes it's preferential to be even more casual than that. With that said, I thought for starters it would be good to swap the heels for flats! I love my trusty Converse and they seem to go with so much and they're an absolute life saver if you just want to be comfy but still look stylish. Secondly I swapped the blouse for a casual jumper, I must admit, for me to be completely comfortable and casual a blouse would not be my go to thing, so I think a plain t-shirt or jumper under this Pinafore dress is the perfect thing to set your outfit off but keep you casual. Then lastly I swapped my bag up, a little rucksack is perfect for keeping  your hands free but also can be a lot more comfortable than carrying a bag on your arm or on one shoulder - this way you have the best of both worlds, in fashion, free hands and comfortable!

Please let me know which outfit is your favourite? And also if you're guilty of being able to fit into teenage clothes?
This is what happens when you're the size of a Hobbit!

ZOELLA BEAUTY SWEET INSPIRATIONS.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

If you've been following me for a while now you know it's no secret that I love 'Zoella Beauty'. Each time a new addition to the range has come out I've gone out to purchase my favourite products and thats exactly what I've done here.

I'll start of with the Bath Latte as I think that's probably my most favourite product out of them all, partly because of how cute the packaging is but thats okay!
I love that it's designed to be like a little milk bottle and is it just me or does the whole packaging theme have a Great Gatsby vibe to it? Probably just me!
I really like that you can use this in the bath and shower depending on what you have or what you prefer, I poured a little under running water for my bath and created bubbles so easily. A little goes a long way!

Keeping with the bath theme I'll move on to talk about the Le Fizz Fragranced Bath Fizzer. It's exactly what it sounds like and it does just that - fizz in your bath. The Bath Fizzer is designed like a chocolate bar where you can snap off cubes or rows, so you can use as little or as much of the product that you like. I usually pop about three under running water along with the Bath Latte and they just dissolve away leaving their lovely scent in the water while you have your bath.

Lastly with the bath products is the Sugar Dip Scented Bath Salt Granules - these are similar to the Bath Fizzer, they dissolve in the water giving off a lovely sweet scent that lasts throughout your bath.

Now onto the non bath related products with the Sweet Inspirations Body Mist. I absolutely love this product because it smells so beautiful. I think out of all the scents of every product ever released of Zoe's this one is my absolute favourite!
I love sweet scents so this is perfect for me and as usual the little bottle is so pretty and perfect to have out on display.

Another product that I really like is the Double Creme Body Lotion. I really love the Body Lotions from the whole of Zoella Beauty, they smell so beautiful but they rub so easily into your skin so you don't have to worry about being left with sticky, greasy hands which is something I hate. Also, the scent of this lasts well on your skin which I love!

Finally, the last product that I purchased was the Body Fondant. I've seen products similar to this in a liquid form which give you a bronzed glisten to your skin but I've never really tried them as I imagine them to be quite messy, where as because of this one being in a more solid form and as it comes with a little applicator, I thought this would be really nice to use throughout summer, on holiday, in an evening or even day to day just to add a little shimmer to your skin - I think this product's such a good idea!

Have you tried anything from this range, if so what is your favourite product?

Holly-Rhian.

ABH MODERN RENAISSANCE PALETTE.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

Since I first read about the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette being released Its been something that I've been so excited for. As much as I love my gold/bronze eyeshadows, over the past six months to a year I've seen so many looks where deep reds or burnt oranges have been used and I really loved them so I wanted to get my hands on this palette so I could give those kind of looks a go as well.
As you can see from the pictures the colours are so beautiful and I was also impressed with how pigmented they are. I also like how the eye shadows are powder but they almost feel creamy to touch which makes them so easy to apply and blend.
For me this palette is the perfect mixture of bold and natural colours, I usually find that eye shadow palettes are either one or the other but I love how you could easily create a natural look or a more bold look with this palette. I can already see that I'll get a lot of use out of this because you have everything in one for a mixture of looks, so it will be really good to take on the go as well.

I have swatched some of the lighter and darker shades just to show that the pigmentation is as good no matter which shade you use. In the past I have found that some of the lighter shades in other palettes aren't even pigmented enough to use as a highlighting shade or in the inner corner of your eye so I have really enjoyed being able to get full use of this palette.
Please let me know if you've also got this palette or are wanting to purchase it and what you think of it?
Also if any of you have created a look using this palette and posted about it feel free to leave a link in the comments below.

PATISSERIE DE BAIN BY ROSE & CO.

*Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!
Earlier this month I was contacted by the lovely Abi (hello if you're reading) and asked If I would like to try out some products that she thought I may like.
I was honestly just expecting a couple of small things or maybe one full sized product so when a huge box arrived with this selection of products I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Again, thank you Abi for sending me such a generous selection of beautiful products.
Okay.. so this could be a lengthy post but here we go..
Lets start with Cranberries & Cream Hand Cream! (£3.99). I really think this could be a new favourite of mine. This product smells amazing - it has a strong berry scent which still lasts once the product is applied. Not only does is smell really nice but the cream rubs into the skin so easily, meaning that your hands don't feel sticky or greasy. I hate greasy products that leave your hands feeling wet and slippery so for me this product is an absolute winner in my eyes.
The Strawberry Cupcake Bath & Shower Creme (£3.99) smells equally as beautiful as the hand cream, to me it smells just like the giant strawberry Haribo sweets, yum!
You only need to use a small amount of product to get this to lather up so I feel like I'll be using this for quite some time!
Continuing with the lovely scent of products, the Sugared Violet Hand & Body Lotion (£4.99) smells exactly like Parma Violet Sweets! Like the hand cream this also rubs into the skin easily so you don't have to worry about being left sticky, perfect!
The Kneipp Body Scrub (£7.95) is something that I've never seen of or heard before but I already know it's something that I am going to keep a lookout for so I can purchase it. This product is £7.95 and you can buy it from a handful of well known companies online. In comparison to other body scrubs I've used, I would describe those more like a paste, where is this product is much less paste like and more like a moisturiser but with the little  beads in it which makes it a scrub. I was so surprised by how soft this made my skin feel, not only did it feel soft from being exfoliated but it also felt moisturised as well. Another reason I really like this product is because of it being more like a moisturiser I found that it wasn't as harsh against my skin like some other scrubs which can be a little too rough.
Now onto these super cute Soaps and Bath Melts..
These products are around £5 in price for the single ones and I believe the sets are higher in price depending on how many little cakes are in the set. There are various different ones on the Superdrug Website, from individual ones to sets if you would like to take a look at a wider variety for yourself.
All of these products smell so beautiful and as you can see from the photos that they literally look good enough to eat!
The two larger ones are soaps and the single smaller one, as well as the set of three are bath melts. If you have ever tried a bath melt from Lush you will know how they melt into a nice oil within your bath water; this is exactly what these bath melts are like!
They melt under the running water so easily despite them being quite thick so you don't have to wait an age just to get into your bath and enjoy it. They also leave your skin feeling so soft as though you've put a bath oil into the water so if you want to feel pampered and have a relaxing bath then I think these would be so perfect for that.
The last two products I have to talk about are the face mask sheet, which I will admit I haven't had chance to try this yet but with it being aimed at helping with spots and blemishes this sounds right up my street! I don't really suffer from spotty skin but for the occasion when I do have a break out I thought this would be sensible to save for then to give me a helping hand. I didn't see the point in testing this out right now when I don't have any pesky spots to test it out on. I guess that's not something I should be complaining about, right!?
The Kniepp Sparkling Herbal Bath Tablet (£1.95) is also a favourite from the selection of products I was sent. This made my bath water turn a lovely deep shade of pink, dissolved into the water super quickly and the scent of it lasted though out the time of my bath.. which of course was a long amount of time. I find it impossible to have a short bath unless I absolutely have to! Please tell me I'm not the only one?
So there we are! My thoughts on this wonderful selection of products! Oh, and a round of applause to you if you made it right to the end of this post!
Have you tried any of these products before?

KIKOS SUMMER COLLECTION.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

As soon as I saw KIKOS Summer Collection I immediately fell in love. The packaging is just beautiful, don't you think? All three of these products are under £15 each but I think that they look much more high end than that.

Moving on from the packaging to the actual products..
The mascara is £12.90 and I would best describe it as being a natural looking mascara. It's not thick and clumpy by any means so I found that I easily got length on my lashes but they weren't stuck together or clumpy. If you do want even fuller lashes then I would recommend just applying a second coating of mascara just to get a bit more thickness to your lashes.

The eyeliner is £8.90 which I think is really reasonable. I had a good feeling about this product and I wasn't disappointed. I find that this eyeliner makes achieving those perfect flicks on your wings so much easier! Having the option of creating a really fine line using the very tip or pressing on a little more to create a thicker line helps me get a better angle to my winged eyeliner and so far I seem to be getting them a bit more even to what I'm used to. I don't know whether thats just down to practice or not but I feel like I have a better chance of not looking like I've done my eyeliner with my eyes closed!

Finally the lipstick is £13.90 and one thing that I really like about this product is the magnetic closing on the lid. I love products like this, I just find them so handy if you just want to drop a lipstick into your bag - you have less worry of the lid coming off and your lipstick doing its own thing all around the bottom of your bag.
I love the lipstick itself, the consistency of the product is like a lip balm so it's so soft and nourishing to apply but the fact that it has a good pigmentation is like having the best of both worlds between a lip balm and lipstick.

There are lots more products to the collection but these are just the ones that I decided to try out, so please let me know if you've tried anything yourself or plan to.
Which one's your favourite?

TANYA BURR NAIL POLISHES.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog.

I first tried out Tanya Burr Nail Polishes at the end of last year and out of all the nail polishes that I own these are the ones that I have been going back to again and again, so I thought I'd pick a few more of my favourite shades and share them with you all.

These are easily some of my favourite nail polishes! They're so affordable (£4.99), the colour pigmentation is really good, they dry quickly and they also last fairly well too.
I find that I reach for these again and again because for me they're just so reliable.
There has been so many occasions where I've only have a few minutes to spare before needing to leave the house and I've wanted some colour on my nails so I've reached for one of these nail polishes knowing that I can have a couple of layers put on and dried in not much more than five minutes. Perfect!

I think it's so lovely to see Bloggers and YouTubers producing genuinely good products. TEAM INTERNET!

Please let me know if you've tried these or any other Tanya Burr product.

SOAP AND GLORY FAVOURITES.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

If you've followed my blog for a while now you'll know that I did a Soap and Glory post a few months ago, (which you can read here). and mentioned how I liked the almond/brown sugar/vanilla scented products the best, so I went ahead and purchased as many products as I could find with that scent.

I managed to get my hands on two products to wash with and two moisturising/body butter products. I cannot stress enough how simply amazing everything smells, imagine if Soap and Glory did candles in this scent! Can that be a thing please?
I especially love the body moisturisers/butters because they leave my skin feeling so soft and they're not greasy at all which is a huge thing for me - I hate to be left feeling sticky, who wants that?

You can click any of the links below if you want to check out any of the products for yourself.

What are your favourite Soap and Glory products/scents?

JENNIS BEAUTY FALSE EYELASHES.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

*Last month I was lucky enough to receive some false eyelashes from Jennis Beauty to try out, so now I've had chance to do just that I thought I'd share my thoughts with you all.

Although I have a good stash of false eyelashes I only usually use them for more special occasions when I want to be that extra bit glamorous, or try to be should I say!
I definitely stay away from them for every day use, partly because of the extra hassle but mainly because my natural eyelashes are pretty long anyway but it is nice to use them just to add that bit to your look.

The pair of false eyelashes that I have tried so far are the Kayleigh ones as I thought they were still natural looking with being wispy but also a good length.
I really like that these lashes are a good width so I feel pretty confident In saying that they would be suitable for anyone. I'm always having to cut a little bit off of false lashes to make them a smaller width so that they don't hang over the edge of my eyelid but I think this is nice because you can either keep them at the size that they come or cut them down to your desired size.
Another thing I like about these false eyelashes is that the edge of them is very thin and discreet, so it makes them look natural and doesn't look as though you have a thick band sitting across the edge of your lashes making it obvious you have false ones on.

Overall I really like these false lashes and I like that the packaging of the lashes is a little pull out draw style, it just adds a bit more quality to the product in my opinion.
The price of these lashes is £6.50 per pair or you can buy all four pairs available in the collection as a set for £22. You can view all of these on the website here.

FREEDOM MAKEUP.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

I have never tried anything from Freedom Make Up before (not that I can recall) so recently I purchased a few items and I thought that they were worth sharing here on my blog. The prices are so affordable and also the colours are so beautiful.
I haven't properly tried out any of these products yet, apart from doing swatches of them so this isn't a review but just a post so I could share with you what I purchased and show you what the products are like.

(The 'Pro Melts' I ordered were in the shades: Debut, Masterpiece, Kisses Waiting & Sugar Fix.
Have you tried any Freedom Make Up products?

OGX ARGAN OIL SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

I am someone that likes to think I take good care of my hair; I'm always on the look out for new releases or products that I haven't tried yet to try and keep my hair as healthy as possible.
Although over the past, maybe two years I have tried quite a few different products from multiple brands I haven't actually come across too many products that stand out to me, so when I tried this wonderful duo on a whim and fell in love, something told me that it must have been fate!

I originally purchased the travel sizes of this shampoo and conditioner when I went to London last summer. I just needed something travel sized and these seemed to promise goodness for my hair so I took a chance. Anyway, it turns out that taking a chance sometimes pays off!
This shampoo and conditioner make my hair feel so soft, and look so shiny! When I first tried them back in London I remember being stood in my hotel room for a good five minutes just stroking over my hair feeling so pleased.
Now, I don't know whether I have evidently been using terrible hair products up until that point so it made these seem super amazing, or maybe they actually just are super amazing? I think I'm going with the second option!
I have repurchased these products multiple times and I'm sure I will continue to do so.

Do you have any haircare product recommendations?

MAKEUP REVOLUTION BRUSHES.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

First of all can I just start off by saying, does anyone else find it really hard to restrain themselves from using products before they've had chance to photograph them because this definitely happened to me with these brushes!
Ugh! Just look how pretty they are! As soon as I saw these brushes I just had to have them and especially because of them being so inexpensive.

I haven't tried any brushes from MakeUp Revolution before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I have to say, so far so good.
The bristles are super soft and fluffy, which I think helps blend out the product from your brush more but at the same time the shape of the brush head is sturdy so the bristles keep their shape while you're using them - I've used brushes in the past where the bristles move too much when you're using them so you're sort of just flopping the bristles from one side to the other without much hope!

Here are a list of the brush names and prices incase you want to take a look:

Is anyone else a little bit in love with how pretty these brushes are?

SOAP AND GLORY.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

When it comes to Soap and Glory I find that the products I use the most from them are their body scrubs and body washes, so I thought I'd share with you a few products that I got last month which I really like.

'Clean Girls' Body Wash:
This is the first full sized body wash I've had from Soap and Glory. I used lots of their little ones last summer when I travelled to and stayed in London a few times and absolutely loved those, so I'm happy that I have a full sized one to keep me going for a while.
The scent of this is 'Mist You Madly' which is the same as one of their fragrance mists - you can read my post about a couple of them here.
As well as smelling really nice it also lathers up well and you don't need to use a lot of product to achieve this.

'Scrub 'Em and leave 'Em' Body Buff:
Leading on from the body wash, this body buff has the same scent 'Mist You Madly and I love to use this to exfoliate with right before I'm going to fake tan, or for if I just want to feel silky smooth!

'Smoothie Star' 'The Breakfast Scrub':
Again, this scrub is very similar to the body buff and I use it to exfoliate with as well.
One thing I have to say about this one, is that the scent is amazing!
On the label it says 'Bananas, Almond and Honey Extracts' and 'Great Maple Scent'.
They aren't lying, it sounds good enough to eat but it also smells good enough to eat - I will definitely be purchasing anything else from Soap and Glory that comes in this scent!

Do you have a favourite Soap and Glory Product?

Holly-Rhian.

PERFUME GIFT SETS.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!

On Boxing Day I went straight onto the Debenhams website, as I had some gift vouchers to spend and I purchased two perfume sets. One being the Marc Jacobs Eua So Fresh gift set and the other one was the Chloe gift set.
The Marc Jacobs set comes with a 75ml Eau De Toilette Spray (not quite as strong as perfume but the scent still lasts well throughout the day). It also comes with a Body Lotion 75ml and a Shower Gel 75ml.
The Chloe set comes with a 50ml bottle of perfume and a Body Lotion 50ml.

Marc Jacobs Daisy:
I just need to start of by saying, how gorgeous is the bottle? The little flowers on top are so gorgeous and it makes it such a lovely bottle to have out on your dressing table.
The scent of this is really light and floral (thats kind of expected with the name) but it really is just a fresh, beautiful scent. This will definitely make a nice daytime perfume, or for if you're not heavily into perfume and you just want something with a gentle scent.

Chloe:
I love how the bottle for this is just so cute and simple, definitely one that you can just drop into you handbag and take with you!
The scent of this is so beautiful! I would definitely describe it as a grown up perfume as it isn't sweet or florally, its a much more defined scent and one that I think you could wear in the day or at night as well because of it being a stronger scent.

Whats your favourite Perfume?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope you all had a fabulous time bringing in the new year and also that 2016 is everything you wish for it to be.

2015 was the year that I dipped my toe in the water when it came to blogging - I wasn't all too sure what I was doing and everything was a learning curve for me, it also still is!
Blogging is a hobby that I've truly fallen in love with so this year I want to continue with posting and have a good go at it!
So with that said, I suppose its only fitting that my first post of 2016 is one that includes some little goals for the year.

1. Continue to see good within the bad..
I have never been that person, that if asked could name something they love about themselves but in the past year I have found something, and thats being able to accept that everything happens for a reason, Karma will do its job even if it taken a long time and also that by looking for a silver lining In bad situations you start to see good things much more easily. This has really helped me not dwell on bad situations and accept that life will always have its ups and down, theres nothing we can do to stop that but we can make it easier for ourselves by sometimes just going along and accepting that sometimes bad things happen so better things can come along instead.

2. Learn to accept its okay to just be me..
I think for a long time I've put unnecessary pressure on myself to try and be more outgoing. I see and hear so many people my age always talking about the nights out that they have each weekend and on days off how they always have something planned.
Don't get me wrong, I love having girly days with my friends and I do like having things to look forward to, like weeks away, shopping days or meals out but for me there isn't an overwhelming need to be off out and about every single time I have a minute to spare.
I guess, as me I will always enjoy being in my own company and more than happy to stay within the same four walls of my bedroom for hours on end, and I don't see that there's anything wrong with that. I'm happy there and surrounded by things that I love.. you know, like my onesie, Netflix and food! Im just kidding! (Well maybe not), but you get my point, I think its nice to not have to rely on anyone else for my happiness and to know that I'm capable of tackling life alone should I ever need or want to.

3. Start using Instagram more..
I have had an Instagram account long enough to not even remember how long I've had it and I always follow other people, like pictures and leave comments but I never really use it to post my own pictures, so thats something that I want to do (and I've already started).
I have a few snaps on there already that I'm going to add to, so here comes the sneaky self promotion..
If you want to follow me on Instagram then you can click my Instagram social media button at the side of my blog or search 'itshollyrhian'. Come and say hello!

4. Get back into reading..
I have always loved reading, even from first starting school. I remember having a bit of a Matilda moment where I had finished all the books in my own class and the year above so I was allowed to go into the 'big class' and start on their books. Bless me!
I still do get time to read but not as much as I'd like to so I'm going to purposely make more time for reading, whether that means taking a book in the bath with me or reading in bed at night instead of scrolling through the internet, naughty! I think we're all guilty of that though.
Also while were on the subject of books if you have any recommendations please comment them below.

5. Continue and stick with blogging..
As I mentioned In the start of this post I have really fallen in love with blogging, so this year I want to try and get a bit of a regular posting schedule going, so if you have any specific posts that you'd like to see or just ideas in general please let me know!

Have you set any goals/resolutions yourself for this year?
